One thing I discovered is that, you can have too much “good oil” such as coconut & olive, which leads to the old saying, “more is not necessarily better”.
The body naturally will only need an X amount per day, of course as far as the exact amount, this will vary per individual, “how active, body size comes into play here”.
As Dr. Ron has said, he doesn't want those using his Health Plan to struggle with hunger, he says, “eat when you are hungry, but don't go overboard.” Eat slowly and let your body tell your brain that it has enough nourishment.
The longer one uses his Plan the more in-tune your body will become – for his diet plan seeks to balance your system. It will take time and this will vary among each individual – so hang in there and take control.
