How much oil/fat can one eat a day?
(Q) How much oil/fat can one eat a day?
There is no limit to the amount of fat you can eat. Fat is your primary source of fuel and as such, should be your primary intake as well. The program is designed to make you very efficient at burning fat so you can have as much as you feel you need.
Oils are a great source of fat, as long as they’re the right ones. Coconut, Olive, Avocado, and most nut oils (excluding peanut. It’s not even a nut!) are tremendously healthy and great for cooking. Avoid oils such as sunflower, peanut, soybean, and corn.
These will oxidize when you cook them and turn rancid.
