Why no diet soda? and also reading labels?
We started the diet about 5 days ago and have two questions. 1) why no diet soda, even caffiene free?. What is a low carb cracker? None in the stores are marketed that way. What should we look for on the label? Thanks.
No diet soda as there are other ingredients in the drink that are just not healthy, so if you are a little addicted it would be best to work your way off them if you can. Low carb crackers; check the labels, carbohydrates minus the fiber will show you the true sugars something around 2-4 per cracker would be low. Also make sure there is no corn starch,sucrose, dextrose, hydrogenated anything ;). La tortia have a wrap that is low carb you can buy them almost anywhere.
