Rice bran oil, can I use it for cooking?

Rice bran oil is very high in omega 6's and oxidizes readily when heated. Rice bran oil does have some micronutrients that are beneficial such as tocotrienols. If used sparingly as a source of micronutrients rather than as a general oil, then it has some benefit. A teaspoon would be sparingly, using it to say make mayonaise would be too much in our opinion.
