(A) Quinoa has an enormous amount of non-fiber carbs, which converts to sugar and out-weighs any benefit from what fiber it contains. It is not recommended.

Dr. Ron advises against quinoa, if you look at the nutritional data it has just a little less sugar than rice, all that sugar is just not worth the goodness from any micronutrient, even though some advertising agencies have created a great buzz with their marketing and many vegetarians are excited about it.
