Normal blood sugar readings except first one in the morning...
Can you share your thoughts on a person having normal blood sugar readings except first one in the morning. Thank
If this person is following the Rosedale diet; blood glucose (BG) through the afternoon and early night generally means a person is following the diet, as these BG levels are indicative of what the person ate during the day. High BGs in the morning means the liver is still producing too much glucose. The person might have a fatty liver, and/or still too much abdominal fat (around the middle). Over time this BG too will come down. It usually just takes a little longer for the first morning BG to come down compared to those later in the day. Thanks.
