Magnesium, soft stools...
People have been using Magnesium citrate to get softer stools, but thus does not stay in your body. Magnesium chelate, it will not help so much with soft stools but it will give your body the magnesium it needs. Drinking plenty of water, and enough oil, adding a good fish oil like carlsons, one in the glass bottle will really help as well. Magnesium Glycinate is a form of Chelate and if fine. Magnesium oxide is a good form as well.
