(Q) Should I include ALL the protein content of ALL the food I eat
When measuring grams of protein - should I include ALL the protein content of ALL the food I eat (ie. vegetables, nuts, avocados and animal protein) or should I just be measuring the protein content of the animal protein (ie. fish, meat, chicken, turkey, etc.) I eat?

- You should keep an eye on protein from meats, and the nuts` *there is some protein in vegetables but not a complete protein.
