Low Insulin

Low insulin is an indication of greater insulin sensitivity. There is no such thing as too much insulin sensitivity . The better the insulin sensitivity, the better the orchestration of insulin signaling, the better the health.

Those people advocating more starch to raise insulin and increased cholesterol are incorrect. As long as LDL particles are the proper size , (large), all is fine with cholesterol and any other parameters ought to be discarded
