I figured why on a zero carb/meat-only diet the Rosedale protein suggestion should be higher

And I do respect your MTOR argument so I do not discount that at all. The problem with the 0.75grams suggestion is that with meat-only/zero-carb diets there are 0 veggies around. But we know for a fact MTOR is also promoted by Insulin and Glucose and we know that veggies bring a modest but quite real Insulin response too and therefore they are MTOR promoters but also satiety drivers via Insulin.

Therefore I strongly believe the 0.75g protein suggestion per kg of lean body weight should be higher for people that don't eat salads.
