My Journey - Rosedale Diet

Greetings Everyone

Next month (June 2016), will be 4 years since I began my journey with the Rosedale Diet and I am still reaping benefits, with anticipation of more.

Much happened, seemingly overnight, and my only regret is, wish I had begun 50 years ago. I am 66 years old now - looking forward to getting in many more hiking hours, even with my great grandkids..
