Celiac Disease and Rosedle diet

Hello,

Can you suggest a tortilla and bread alternative? I have celiac disease and can not have the 2 products you suggest because they contain wheat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I wonder if you could make your own from coconut flour? I also heard that Jullian Bakery had started doing a coconut flour bread but we have not researched or tried it as yet.
