Diabetic Neuropathy

I would like to share a little about my bout with “diabetic neuropathy” that took place in both legs and feet. It took place for several years and was getting worse up to the time I came across Dr. Rosedale's Health Plan. I can not express enough how grateful I am for his health plan – it has literally been a life saver.

From the knees down I was loosing hair but I have noticed for the past few months I am starting to sprout a new growth of hair PLUS my legs and feet are no longer partially numb or tingling.

I have listed below a link that gives a little information about neuropathy for those that are not familiar with it.

    Hi Ken,

Can I ask how long it took for your neuropathy to resolve?

    Thanks!

    Hi BJ
Guess it was around the 4th or 5th month that I became aware of it fading - I don't have any at all now and I noticed awhile back when drying my legs off after a shower that hair was starting to grow back where it had been a few years ago. I tell ya BJ I am really amazed at how simple Dr. Ron's plan is but having such awesome results. I have worked with patients and have seen first hand what diabetes does to the human body. Dr. Ron's work has been around for a long time and it's as if it is being hid from people that I sincerely believe could have had many more healthy prosperous years of living.

    Hi Ken

Thanks much for your reply! I don't have diabetes but do have MS. My diet has been pretty much a Paleo Diet for the last 3 years. After reading The good dr.'s research, it all clicked. I was eating way too much protein as well as squash, berries and the occasional banana, along with a daily cup of coffee. Dr. Ron has made some difficult issues, very user friendly! Although I'm not looking to lose weight, I am looking forward to renewed energy. I asked about neuropathy because I have it in both feet. Looking forward to the day that will disappear!

Again, thanks for your reply and encouragement.

Will do, Ken! I am excited to be starting this new way of eating and am sure I'll have more questions arise.
