Dear Dr. Rosedale: I think you might want to change your protein requirements. I am 5'2" as is my friend Sonja. I am a much larger boned woman and cannot even pull her tops over my shoulders, as they are so much bigger than hers. More bone weight, more weight in general.
Recently, the powers that be have realized that they were telling Asian women that their babies were much below the average weight of babies...without taking into account the Asian are much smaller than Caucasians, and other, such as Africans, etc. They now have implemented a standard that Asian babies should weigh much less when they are being brought in for check-ups, and went they are born. So....I have long believed that when you see a vitamin bottle in the store and it says take 1x 3 daily...it does not take into account if you weight 100 pounds, or 300 pounds. Same with prescription medicine. So, we need to be thinking more like what race you are, what bone structure, and the likes. My thoughts on this is very strong, and in the future, I think all foreward thinking scientists, and those in the medical field will realize their errors that one size, does not fit all. Warm regard, Ms. Barbara Kolodie Vancouver Canada
