follows the Rosedale diet.

Have a listen and see for yourself. It greatly supports Dr.
Rosedale's approach

Enjoyed the audio — thanks for posting..

Glad you liked it. I want to add, that I in no way am pointing
this out to discredit Mark Sisson. He's brilliant and has a
fantastic ability to communicate concepts that are hard to explain
in a fashion that leads to individuals being able to implement in
the real world. The point of posting this was to showcase that Mark
Sisson, a man many consider to be the face of paleo is in direct
agreement with Dr. Rosedale and that the paleo culture in general
has failed largely to see that the diet both Mark and Dr. Ron
champion is the same and eating Fred Flintstone's dinosaur size
portions of meat is not what Mark is saying to do.

This is why I find it odd that people seem surprised when they
learn of Dr. Rosedale's views on protein. The leaders of the paleo
community, well the smart ones at least... have agreed with him the
whole time, Dr. Rosedale is just the first one to specifically
address it and point out the fact that the target audience isn't
getting the message clearly. The biggest problem I see in the
health and nutrition world at this point is not a lack of
information, but to quote Dr. Ron and cool hand Luke, "its a
failure to communicate" the ideas in a way that people get the
message in the way it was intended.

mikejulian26
