I read a couple of studies that drew the conclusion that the body adapts to how protein in fed to the body. For example, if the protein is fed to the body all at one time the body, over time, adapts and utilizes more protein at each feeding. My question is can this be applied with the diet prescribed by Dr, Rosedale and still as effective as spreading your protein throughout the day?

You should not eat any more protein than can be utilized during that period.
One can adapt to more but there will still be a bunch of protein that would be converted into fuel which would be detrimental.

    Best of health.
