Question:
Will this diet greatly affect mood, causing a person to be in a very, very bad mood? Any suggestions to help the person feel better?

Facts:
Man with a high triglyceride level around 500 so that ldl will not even show because the triglyceride level is too high.
Blood sugar has been a little high in past, but not high enough to be considered diabetic. Has a terrible sweet tooth.

Started on Rosedale diet 8 days ago.

Mood seems exceptionally bad - very angry and lashing out at others.

It can raise testosterone levels temporary which might cause this. He really needs to do this diet, and stick to it, checking his triglyceride levels in another couple of weeks, after which he will also feel so much better (and so will everyone around him ;). Please make sure he is taking magnesium and potassium (capsules not tablets), acetyl L carnatine will help as well.

Keep us posted on your progress, just hang in there during this transition as it will be well worth it on many levels.

    Best of health.
