I have been on Rosedale A list for 21 days. How do you know when you have become a fat burner?? In my country ( South Africa) there is no test for Leptin.

    Dear Joy,
Your hunger is greatly diminished. Many people report a calm increased energy. As far as the laboratory tests generally speaking free t3 is reduced. Tsh is not increased (not hypo thyroid). Depending on any diseases one might of had to start most start to see great improvements. Diabetics (type II) will come off most of their medications, Bp meds will often need to be reduced. Those having extra fat will start to see that melting away. We have many people that just remain on the A plan, as does Dr. Rosedale, he cannot remember the last apple he had. For myself as well, I have a few blueberries with whipped cream as my treat, all I added after the first month was some more cheeses, little half and half cream in my tea. For me, I just really felt great, I was able to not be so obsessed with food, and it became a lot easier to just pass on the breads and carb stuff.

Keep us posted on your progress.
