Protein intake for kids
Hello,
I really appreciate Dr. Rosedale's research and contributions to making people healthier!
In Dr. Mercola's book Fat for Fuel, he makes a wonderful argument for reduced protein consumption. I have also read Dr. Rosedale's info and listened to his YouTube talk about protein (the good, bad and ugly).
I'm wondering...to what extent does this apply to children? Could you recommend some guidelines for ideal macronutrient ratios for kids?
Thanks for any insight you could provide!
Kindest regards,
Vanessa

Not sure about the ratios for children, but I do know the diet works amazing based on my clients, friends who have pre children, during pregnancy, and now after with kids been Rosedale all the way and these kids are doing fantastic. I recall Dr. Ron mentioning that active kids would need a little more protein.
