I have done low carbing for years and the Rosedale diet is also a very low carb diet. I have experienced constipation a lot while dieting. The general solutions are all artificial solutions (like psyllium husks, extra magnesium, etc).
The diet is supposed to be a very healthy diet. There aught to be something (a food) that we should eat to prevent constipation. Constipation can not be a healthy condition.
Is there such a food on the diet?

Consuming too much protein for some, can cause constipation. You might try experimenting, amount would vary per individual.
