Dear Dr. Rosedale,
Please can you tell me what the impact of having had rice bran oil on your diet will be on my body. I was informed by Fiona that it is okay to have it, so I did, now I understand that it is not good to have - how will this have changed the "work" I've done so far on your diet, please respond.
Thanking you,
GRACE OCEAN

Fiona does ask me questions and I answer them. I answered the questions that you asked about rice bran oil. Rice bran oil does have some micronutrients that are beneficial such as tocotrienols. However it is also high in omega six oils as Fiona answered. Therefore it is not good to cook with. We asked you how you plan on using it. If it was to cook with it should not be used. If used sparingly as a source of micronutrients rather than as a general oil, then it has some benefit.
