Olive OIL
Hi Fiona, i have a question regarding olive oil. I read in an article written by Marg G. Enig, Weston A. Price foundation that using too much olive oil can make you fat. Can you please ask Dr. Rosedale to comment on this! Many Thanks!

Eating too much of most anything can make you fat. The idea is to eat to regulate the hormones that will regulate your hunger and ability to burn or store fat.
The major hormones that regulates hunger, therefore how much you would eat, and your ability to burn or store fat, are insulin and leptin. The Rosedale diet is designed to regulate and improve the signaling ability of those hormones.
