Hello, thanks for a great website! But I have a question.

No matter how I try I will always end up eating factory meat every now and then. But I figure that as long as I take omega 3 pills I should be fine. Am I right?

    Thank you ;)

First bite into the omega 3 pills as most are not fresh and will cause more harm than good, it will taste and smell horrible if it is not fresh. There are very few sources we find that are fresh, as to do the pills correct for long term freshness it is expensive. The safest option is carlsons with lemon, fish oil in a bottle, you cannot go wrong there. Also factory meat, do you mean spam? As far as good or bad would depend on the kind of fats it has and if there are any carbohydrates.

    Keep up the good work.
