Look at this Dark chocolate
Hi Fiona
What are you saying, and Ron would have said, on this dark chocolate. very
tasty, 85%.
in 100 grams:
57 grams of fat, mostly saturated
7.8 grams of protein
18.3 grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of fiber.
The package is 80 grams, of Heidi. Even if one consumes half a day, he gets
only 6.5 grams of sugar with tons of fat, and little protein. Remeber no
omega 6 here, mostly saturated, which I find very beneficial to balance
membranes. Nuts lacks saturated fats.
Do you feel Dr Rosedale would have approved this daily consumption?

That does seem good, though it would be good to see the ingredient list as well to be sure that good fats are being used and not soyabean oil for example. What is the name of this brand?

Hi
Here's it:

What I like about it that the cocoa butter is not fat reduced, like many other brands.
I would rather have the most fat possible, espacially it is saturated and pretty good.

Couldn't send online. doesn't upload.
Here it is:

What I like about it is the fact it is not fat reduced as many
chocolate use. I want the full good saturated fat.
