are just not healthy, so if you are a little addicted it would be
best to work your way off them if you can. Low carb crackers; check
the labels, carbohydrates minus the fiber will show you the true
sugars something around 2-4 per cracker would be low. Also make
sure there is no corn starch, sucrose, dextrose, hydrogenated
anything ;). La tortia have a wrap that is low carb you can buy
them almost anywhere.</p>
