Greetings Dr.Rosedale,
In the book 'The Rosedale Diet' you sanction
only Splenda as a sweetener. That was in 2004.
Many 'new' sweeteners have now entered the marketplace.
Erythritol,Stevia,and a few others
Would you expand on your earlier recommendation now?
And should we not worry about the chlorine molecules added to
the sugar molecule to form Splenda?
Have enough safety studies been done or published on Splenda?
I have enjoyed reading your book and find
it to be very helpful.
Sincerely,
Garbis Dimidjian

    Garbis Dimidjian,

you are correct, there are some wonderful natural sweeteners that are available, like stevia, xylotol and erythritol that we would much prefer over splenda.

Glad you are enjoying the book. Dr. Rosedale is working on another book which we hope will be out in a few months.

We wish you the best over the holidays.

    The Rosedale Team
