Rash at the back of my neck
Hi Dr. Rosedale & Team
I have a persistent rash behind my neck and sometimes it itches. I
have been following your diet for about 2 months now. Can you
please shed some light on this. I did went to the allergy doctor
and they did a blood test and it came back with wheat allergy since
then i have cut out all wheat from my diet almost 3 years ago but
the rash was not healing so i came upon your diet and am using it
so far. Any help on this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thank
you so much for generously sharing all your articles which makes a
lot of common sense. I have give up on doctors until i found your
site.

Hi Leena,
Thank you. Sorry to hear about the rash on your neck, it is hard for Dr. Ron to treat a rash without seeing it, and also taking a full history. So many times a symptom might show up, but the cause often is something totally different. Thus knowing the full history gives the doctor the clues to get to the root issue. Sadly most doctors have 5-15 minutes with patients and just do not have the time for this detective work. Has the rash eased any since you took out the wheat from your diet? and also have you seen any improvement over the two months of following the Rosedale Diet?

Hi Fiona, How efficiently does vegetable base/soya bean protein assimilate in the body as oppose to meat.

What does Dr. Ron think about root canal. According to Hal Huggins if an individual has root canal they should pull them out since it is releasing bacteria and also affecting the immune system. Going on Dr. Ron's diet would it eliminate the need to pull out the root canal tooth or should one pull it out anyway. Can advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the information on the website it is truly informative and very helpful. Keep up the good work.

The diet will help the immune system but how one treats a root canal infection is still up for debate.
Best of health.
