Thank so much.
I was prescribed meltformin by a nutritionist to support my diet (I am 93 kilos, 170 cm, 28 years, male) though I am not diabetic. Would you please mention some of the long term consequences in a such case?

Pleasure.
Benfortiamin is a much better option, which takes glucose and makes ribose out of it, thus enhances the genetic funcion. Where as metformin makes glucose into lactic acid which is not good, but for sure not as bad as sugar.
