Hi
I am 59 have been on a very low carb diet for over one year now but my ldl and triglyceride levels are still very high, also my blood pressure is not as low as it was e.g. now 130/80. I exercise, am 5'5" and weigh 114lbs. Where am I going wrong?

Thanks for any advice.

Henrietta

High triglyceride levels is the sign of eating to much carbohydrates.

Check everything you eat carefully, you might have overlooked some carb sources.
