Juice - Fresh Juice
Hello,
I have always like to have fresh juice and I miss it on the Rosedale diet. I usually use apples, blueberries, peach, carrots, strawberries, and grapes in my juice. I was wondering if there was a way I could still juice and be on the Rosedale diet.
Thank you,
Brandon

Dear Brandon,
Great question I would love to change your question to public as a few other Rosedale program followers will also respond. Your email will always remain private, let me know if you are ok with my changing it?
In short. Apples, blueberries, peach, carrots, strawberries, and grapes is really just sugar water, as you know as that is what your cells are getting.
You can juice vegetables but there is also benefits in the fiber. For me I was so used to having toast every morning and it was hard to break that habit. I went to great lengths to buy special breads, or make my own almond or coconut bread.
After time it passed and I just don't miss my toast anymore. In the morning I have a little whey protein mixed with some organic decaffeinated coffee with a little cream and that is my morning fix. Share with us what your next fix is.

Hello,
I have no problem with you sharing my question. Thank you for your quick response. I think I will stick with my whole veggies for now. I have not missed juicing that much and it has been a while since I did it so I can live without it.
Thank you,
Brandon
