I actually have two questions. I'm on my first month of the diet and in list A olive oil is allowed now is it ok to cook with it? Frying eggs with olive oil for instance? And another thing is a light cream cheese that has the following nutritional facts per 100 g allowed:
5.1g carbs/7.3g protein/8.9g fat(of which 5.9g are satured fats)?

    My own personal choice...

On occassion I cook cauliflower, broccoli & spinach with olive oil in a covered pan, low-heat #4 setting on my electric range. Rarely have eggs any more but I soft-boil mine when I do. I can't recall if I have ever had cream cheese.

If I have cream cheese I go with a full fat organic Nancy's cream cheese.
