chia seeds

I like to drink 'chia fresca', which is chia seeds, water and a sweetener (I use stevia). Are chia seeds acceptable on the Rosedale diet and if they are, at what level? Thank you, Marla

   Chia Seeds Nutritional Data

   In Dr. Ron's book on page 112 in a section titled Seeds, he mentions, "that he would much rather folks eat nuts than seeds", but I found nothing that mentions chia seeds in particular.

   However, Chia Seeds are mentioned on this Help-Line webpage..
