All good, on the coconut milks, though just make sure what is actually in there, some add Carrageenan which is not so good, so keep it simple, to the non sweetened, non flavored kinds. As for purple potatoes, I do not know the specific nutritional data on them, but I know that traditional potatoes turns to sugar even before digested.

Manna is just one example, so check the data on the sprouted bread. Ezekiel for example have a nice flat bread for wraps. Makes me smile, I remember back 11 years or so when I first switched my diet, and my brain was stuck completely, if I take bread and potatoes out of my diet, well then there is just nothing left to eat! (daughter of a good Irish lady). However, I don't miss either at all, and the yearning to find substitutes also faded though it did take a few years.

Fiona
