Raw Milk
For about a year we have been drinking raw milk from an organic farmer in Pennsylvania. We have also enjoyed making kefir every few days from kefir grains and raw milk. We also have access to raw milk cheese. It's my understanding that raw dairy and store bought (pasteurized) are very different products. I would be interested in how they may or may not fit in the Rosedale diet.

I also started buying raw milk products from an organic farmer. Before, I rarely drank any milk but decided to try the raw, whole fat milk because I had heard of all its benefits. My experience was that the milk even though it was raw and probably had other health benefits, still had too much sugar in it. I started gaining weight and craving sugar. So, my conclusion is that it is a food that I cannot include in my diet, or only in very limited quantities.
