Hello,

I would like to know if you do not recommend stevia as a sweetener. I
don't know of any other "natural" alternative to simple table sugar,
but I do like my green tea slightly sweetened, and add 2 drops per
cup. Any links addressing this issue would be appreciated as well.

Thank you,

Kay

Stevia is great, along with Xylotol which is also natural from tree bark, though the name does not sound so natural. Using it as you do sparingly, is good as you want your natural ability to taste sweetness to become more alert, as it does when one changes their diet to the Rosedale.

thank you.. hope you had a great time yesterday. We enjoyed a wonderful Rosedale thanksgiving diinner, from faux (cauliflower) mash, to almond meal stuffing, etc.

    Best of health.
