Ken, i was wondering if you take cinnamon for blood sugar control. I havent heard dr rosedale mention it.

    Hi Diane

I take Benfotiamine to help keep it stablized but the diet itself brought it under control before I ever started taking it. First thing of morning mine runs in the 60s to 70s range - after meals usually in the 80s, then drops back down in the 70s.

I have read articles of people using cinnamon.
