I am allergic to nuts and shellfish, as well as regular fish. How can I get optimal amounts of the good oils? Also can't have avocado.

    Greetings susancow

You might find something to your liking in the following ...

Flax oil is the best plant source of omega-3 fatty acids

    Healthy Fats

You can find some here  > Flax Oil

    Coconut Oil

    Medium Chain Triglycerides MCT Oil

Olive Oil or get the Extra Virgin oil from local grocery "extra virgin is less processed"

Olives "black or green" are good

    Hope this is helpful ..

Thank you for visiting & I wish you the best of health ..
