Soybean oil

We are trying to bake low carbohydrate cakes. We've had some success but would like to remove the milk products (cream cheese) out of it. We found a substitute product (Tofutti cream cheese) which would be promising. However, this product contains some soybean oil.

According to our calculations a good serve of this cake would contain about 2.4ml of soybean oil. In view of the fact that we also have 20ml of fish oil each day, would 2.4ml of soybean oil cause a major problem in the diet?
