I have low blood sugar and sometimes have numerous symptoms of
hypoglycemia. Would your 'diet' be appropriate for low blood sugar?
I would like to know before I purchase the book and make dietary changes.

    Dear Rebecca,

This diet is fantastic for 'low blood sugar'. With this diet you will burn fat, so sugar will not be a primary fuel that in the past your body had depended on, thus taking it further out of the equation. Your blood sugars would behave in a healthy manner.

This is not really a diet, but rather a way of life. So if your plan is to do a diet and then go back to what you were doing before, then this will give your temporary results. What we find however, is those that change their lifestyle, see amazing results in many different ways. With this way of life you will be changing so much more, deep in to the roots of science and true health.
