Glucose tolerance test using toast

Dr Rosedale mentions (Nov 2011) that he uses toast (25 grams carb) to test for glucose tolerance instead of the standard 75grams glucose.
The response to the standard glucose tolerance test is can be found on the internet. Unfortunately, Dr Rosedale does not mention what the response should be to the toast.

Could someone please reply with what the glucose level should be 1 or 2 hours after ingesting 25 grams of carb from toast (about 2 slices) for a person with normal insulin sensitivity?

   Dr. Ron is hiding in his writing cave in hopes to finish up her new book, but I bet you Shelley Schlender - the founder of the me and my diabetes website will be able to answer your question.

   Unfortunately, the comment where I asked Shelley about the toast has a note on it saying "Your comment is awaiting moderation".
   This note has been on my comment for over a week. I don't think that the website is being monitored any more.
   The actual "Contact" page on her website is blank, so there is no other way of contacting Shelley on the website but by making a comment.
   I am now stuck, do you have any other ideas?

   Hi

   We have no control/influence over Shelly's website or how she or a moderator may respond.

   The best that can be done for now is continue to wait, someone from her site may at some point, comment on your post.

   On our end, Dr. Rosedale is still working very hard trying to get his new material published -- He may respond to your post at a later date.

   There is an update to the story now.
   I just logged onto Shelley's website and Shelley or her moderator has removed my comment without an email or anything else. Therefore , I need to assume that Shelley is not going to answer my question.

   I will take your advice and wait for Dr Rosedale to return and maybe he will answer.
