L-Carnosine

Hi!
I was reading a interview between Dr. Mercola & Dr. Rosedale. Dr. Rosedale mentioned Carnosine as being a supplement he would recommend. This interview is from the Anti-Aging Teleclinic although it isn't dated. Is this a supplement Dr. Rosedale still recommends? I didn't see it mentioned in the book.

   Dr. Ron may mention it in his new material that is being written, not sure when it will be out though. From what I glean from the information that Fiona mentions, this new stuff is going to be awesome..
