Cheese allowed
In your book it lists no-fat cottage cheese, cream cheese and ricotta cheese. But on the food list on your website it lists full fat cottage, etc. I am confused as to which type to eat, no-fat or full fat. I am on my 4th day of the diet.

Trina, for at least the first 3 weeks avoid cheese - especially those high in saturated fat and in limited quantity after that - this helps the body to make the transition to burning already store body fat.
