Don't want too lose weight
I'm just beginning this journey. I would like to maintain my weight if not gain a few pounds and some muscle mass. I'm 5'8" female and weigh approx. 125. If I'm keeping my protein at approx. 55 grams and carbs around 30-40, the rest should be good fat to feel sated? Any help is appreciated!
