Protein in greens and avocados

Hi- I'd like to verify that I'm understanding things correctly. I have already seen the quote from Dr Rosedale- "You should keep an eye on protein from meats, and the nuts` *there is some protein in vegetables but not a complete protein."

I just saw Dr Rosedale's online seminar where he's leaning toward 0.6g protein/kg lean body mass instead of an initial recommendation of 1g per kg. With a lean body mass of 115, this newer recommendation drops my daily protein amount from 52g to 31g. I've put together a meal plan that includes 30g of protein from chicken and a tiny bit of bacon, but the addition of romaine, cooked collard greens, and avocados adds an additional 20g of protein for 50g total per day. Would this plan be in line with his new lower protein recommendations, or do I need to count the protein in vegetables/avocados as well for the 30g recommended?

Thanks!
