There is no recommendation, you would need to work that out on your own.
Dr. Rosedale may address this question/subject in the future. Some info: IGF-1, cancer, exercise, growth hormone

I believe he states to simply add 10 grams after calculating the .75 gram/KG lean body mass. I think if you just use 1 gram/KG Lean body mass you should be fine.

It seems like a really small amount compared to the tradotional 2g/1kg of
bodyweight.
Is it still enough for muscle growth?

That is a good question. There are trade-off's. Since Protein stimulates IGF-1, it is
necessary for growth. This is not a problem for a 18-25 year old, but as we get older and
don't need to grow or reproduce, the higher IGF-1 from Protein could instead be directed toward
growth of cancers. So I think older folks should reduce their protein/IGF-1 to prolong their
lives. Let the youngsters gobble the protein for a few years before they too must reduce their carbs and protein
so they can be around to enjoy their grand children and great grandchildren.. Just my thoughts anyways.

It wasn't a question, but rather what Dr. Rosedale teaches. :)
