protein and Mtor

I follow dr. Mercola and saw your video about Mtor and insulin. I understand how it works, it makes sense to me on a cellular level.

I have been following a lower carb high fat fasting style diet over last few years. I have gotten my carbs down to around 60 grams a day. when you said that we could eat fat early in day and still stay in fasting mode it helped a lot.

I always felt run down little bit not having any calories until noon or so. I train twice a week with weights with total body workout. on my training days I have about 1 gram or protein per kg of lean body weight. on my off days I am able to keep it down to between .6 and .75 grams of protein per kg.

My question is on my training days I have a whey protein shake with about 25 grams of protein after my workout, then have probably another 20-25 grams of protein about 2 hours later for my dinner meal.

Now since I had trained with weights will my body pull up that protein and use it just for repair, or is it too much protein in a 2 hour window and will it up-regulate Mtor?

My training days is the only days I have that much protein at one time. I had also heard not to have more that 20 grams of protein at one time as it would activate Mtor. thanks, for guidance.
