I am 5' 10' tall

I maintain my daily protein around 50g to 56g not more than 18g
per meal.

As far as carbs, I avoid non-fiber as much as possible - for the
past 2 years I have mainly ate broccoli and or cauliflower but very
little, maybe 2g to 5g total for the day, however, there are days
that I do not have any fiber carb at all.

(If you do some research you will find that carbs in general ARE
NOT essential, the body can make what it needs from protein/fat) My
understanding is that the body can make around 400g per day if
needed. Now that being said, not everyone will agree nor would they
want to do carbs the way I do.

I am aware that many will argue that one needs at least 20g of
carbs and can not make it without it. For me, I do not agree and
have done quite well these past couple years.

I no longer have an X amount of fat that I maintain, I let
hunger dictate this. My fat (oil) is Coconut or MCT) plus whatever
fat comes from my protein (salmon)

I do take supplements of good quality. The main thing that I
watch closely is my protein intake. As mention above, my intake of
carbs is very very very low, if at all.

I endeavor to keep things very basic, I eat so I can live and
not live to eat. It is not some special diet that I do, it works
great for this 66 year old younger senior citizen.

If I had not found Dr. Ron's Diet I would be dead or confined to
a nursing home by now, for my health was going down hill.. I have
been able to get off many meds and injections.

What I do is within the guidelines of the Rosedale Diet, (Ken's
style)

similar pattern, now. I just finished a lunch of 1.5 oz protein and
1 T of coco oil - SLOWLY - and it filled me. I'm only 5'3" now, and
I, like you, feel the body doesn't need much more. If I eat too
much fat - even 2T at a sitting, I'm entirely wiped and useless.
(I'm aware that my body probably hasn't shifted yet). But if I eat
too much anything it is that way, now. Luckily, I have no option
but to utilize small amounts and utilize them thoroughly. It
actually feels GREAT - and a responsible use of our planetary
substances.

I don't know how I feel about the veggies, etc. I will have to
live into this more to know. My sensing is that some live things
are necessary, for the pure life force in them, if nothing else.
But what I'm getting now is that I/we don't need anywhere near the
amount of food I/we think we do or did. I'm learning to slow down,
and let eating become, I suppose I would say, a sacred dance. I'm
thinking one or two kale or lettuce leaves will do it. That's
actually looking like a lot to me currently. If you had told me I
would perceive this way a month ago, I would have giggled you off
the planet. I am beyond grateful for the gift of this awareness.
And I am looking forward to, for me, Rosedale version 2....powered
by a lot more wisdom and restraint.

Bless you, and thank you,

on for many decades to come. Sorta like, Edison, Bell and a few
others.
