Hello,

I was wondering if yeast is okay.

We use to flavor salats or others meals with it and since I couldn't find a
word about yeast neither on the homepage nor in the book maybe you can help
me out with this one.

I started the first week of the rosedale diet and am on day 5 now.
Today my girlfriend made a perfectly fine soup but added some yeast...
after eating it I though "oops... is yeast okay?"

Thanks for an answer

    Dear Bjoern Oswald,
Great question! I needed to look it up as I was not sure myself. It looks like the carbs minus the fiber = a really low 1gram net carb aka sugar per serving. Check out the link below to check other foods as well. I am not sure how much yeast you are using but a few serving seems like it would be just fine. Again, I am not used to using yeast, so I am basing my answer from the data link below.

Would you mine if I make your question public and it is one others can learn from as well, your email will always remain private.

thanks for answering my question (I already started doubting that I'll get

I'd be glad if you'd share my question so that others can learn from it.
