This question was answered and in our public data discussions. I
have posted their question and our answer below which will
help.

Question.
Hello. I was wondering if it is o.k. to ingest healthy oils such as
olive oil, macadamia nut oil, grapeseed oil, etc by the tablespoon
to get plenty of good fats in my system. Thank you for your
reply!

Answer.
Sounds like a great idea, just would not use grapeseed as it is too
high in omega 6's. MCT's and coconut oil are great options as well.
You will be getting great oils in nuts and avocado as well.

Best of health.

Rosedale both work just as well, it would be more of a personal
preference.

Fiona
