Dear Sandra,

In short. Yes, Yes, Yes! It will lower all of your key leading factors that instruct all of the other hormones in your body. Leptin, insulin and mTOR. Once you have been on the program for about 2 months then get your hormones checked after the dust has settled. Unless you are alien, then it works fantastic for human and animal. ;-). It is a wonderful question, would you mind if we can mark it public for others to learn from as well? Your email with always remain private.

    Dear Fiona,
Thank you for your information! I’m happy to hear I still have a chance to improve my health and at the same time slim down a bit

There’s absolutely no problem if you mark my question as public. If this can help other women like me, I’ll be more than happy to share everything with them!

    Kind regards,

    Sandra
